General terms and conditions for services

Important Conditions:
To avoid additional costs, we have compiled conditions that apply to the type of installation you are purchasing.

Booking and Waiting Time:
When you order your product, you also book a time for the installation yourself. If double booking has occurred, we will contact you shortly afterwards to find a new suitable installation day.

Our Installers:
We only use our own employees for installations and service matters, which means that we take full responsibility from order to complete installation.

Installation package:
Each installation includes labour, materials, travel time and necessary preparations. You can read more about the terms and details of what is included when you complete your order.

Additional Services:
If you need additional help beyond what is included in the installation package, please contact us at order@skvt.se after your order has been placed.

Permits and Responsibilities:
As a customer, you are responsible for having all necessary permits. We do not assume costs for any disassembly or other actions required after installation.

Root deduction:
As a private individual, you have the opportunity to use the root deduction, which we help apply for.

Electrical installation:
Electrical installation is not included. Check that the necessary electricity is routed or that there is an available wall socket before starting the installation.

Installation at High Height:
Installations above a certain height (250 cm) require special safety measures. If work over 4 meters requires a skylift, you as the customer are responsible for the cost, but we can help arrange it.

Preparations and Cancellations:
As a customer, you are responsible for making sure that all necessary preparations are made. If the prerequisites are not met at the time of installation, a fee will be charged. Cancellations later than 48 hours before the booked time, or if the installation cannot be carried out, this also leads to a fee.

Travel costs:
You are responsible for any travel costs such as parking and ferry transport. If we cannot reach the installation location in our own car, alternative solutions must be agreed upon.
